This hotel had a clean room with an electric kettle and a TV, plus an incredible location with a view of the lake.

This hotel had an amazing location just a short and pleasant walk from Royal William Yard, and our double room was nice and came with coffee.

I booked a queen room that came with coffee, which was a nice touch. the staff were really helpful and friendly. the location was fantastic, right by the lake and close to the restaurant. 🌊.

I really enjoyed my night here. The staff were friendly and super helpful, taking care of any issues I had. 😊.

During our New Year's getaway, we enjoyed the location of the hotel which was nestled beside a scenic lake and away from the bustling town. Our room was nicely renovated with comfortable bedding that helped us recharge for the next day's activities. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and we particularly appreciated the convenience of having an in-room tea and coffee facility.

We faced a bit of an inconvenience upon arrival as we had to check in at the restaurant across the road due to a lack of availability at the reception. The waiter there was quite busy and did mention a QR code that we were supposed to have received beforehand.

Spent Christmas at a hotel by a beautiful lake and it was truly amazing! the location was perfect, being secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet, yet still close to the town. I also loved that there were tea and coffee facilities in the room. the breakfast was a highlight too, there was a decent range on offer and it was great to be able to serve myself. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The check-in was a bit of a hassle as there was nobody at reception when I arrived and I had to check-in at the restaurant across the road. It turned out that I was supposed to receive a QR code beforehand to access my room, but I didn't receive it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the location, staff and breakfast. The hotel is situated by a beautiful lake which makes for a tranquil morning stroll. The staff were accommodating and cute , made our stay feel like home. The breakfast is definitely worth waking up early for, with a variety of dishes that catered to our tastes.

With its stunning location by the lake, it provides an unforgettable view of the surrounding area. the renovated rooms are spacious and comfy, allowing guests to fully relax. the helpful and polite staff are always on hand to provide excellent service. the breakfast is superb, with a wide choice of quality food items to select from.

There was some inconvenience due to a lack of a permanent reception area, which could cause problems for some guests upon arrival.
